To participate in any communities within this Site, you are requested to register first. Contributing material to the Site’s community to commit or promote an illegal act is strictly prohibited. If you submit or share offensive or inappropriate content to or with any of the Site’s communities or anywhere else on the Site or otherwise engage in any disruptive behaviour on the Site, and IWRB considers such behaviour to be serious and/ or repeated, we may use whatever information that is available to it about you to stop any further such infringements. This action may include informing relevant third parties such as your employer, school, or email provider about the infringement(s).

We shall claim notice to you of any suit, or proceeding and shall assist you, at your expense, in defending any such claim, suit, or proceeding. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter which is subject to indemnification.
