The art of wrapping thinner gauge wire around a thicker gauge
wire incorporating beads and cabochons is called wire weaving. This particular
skill requires minimum number of tools and space. What changes is how many
times you loop the thin weaving wire around one before looping it onto another
base wire. The weaving wire can be brought over or under the base wires in any
pattern you like. I personally absolutely fancy different techniques used in a
single jewelry piece which makes it so intriguing.
